Frontier delivered a turnkey fit-out across the deli, bakery, meat and seafood, produce, liquor, café, and back-of-house spaces, creating an expanded grocery experience designed to support The Fresh Market’s continued growth in South Florida.

Project Overview
Developed as part of The Fresh Market’s continued expansion across Florida, the new Aventura location introduced a larger store format with expanded foodservice offerings, indoor and outdoor seating, and enhanced customer amenities. Frontier delivered the complete turnkey fit-out, coordinating specialty grocery environments with the operational infrastructure required to support daily store operations.
From pre-construction through final delivery, the project included customer-facing departments, back-of-house preparation areas, receiving operations, mechanical systems, and exterior improvements. Careful coordination across multiple specialty spaces enabled the successful delivery of a flagship-format grocery store designed to support the brand’s continued growth throughout the region.
