Whole Foods Market selected Frontier to deliver its first Space Coast location, bringing the brand’s signature grocery experience to Brevard County.
Frontier completed the 37,000-square-foot tenant improvement, delivering customer-facing retail environments, prepared food areas, and the operational infrastructure required to support Whole Foods Market’s first store on Florida’s Space Coast.

Project Overview
Located within The Crossings at Viera, the project introduced Whole Foods Market’s first Brevard County location and expanded the brand’s presence along Florida’s Space Coast. Frontier delivered the complete tenant improvement, coordinating specialty grocery departments, prepared food environments, and back-of-house operations to support the store’s full-service retail experience.
The project required careful coordination across customer-facing retail areas, food preparation spaces, receiving operations, administrative offices, and building systems. From pre-construction through final delivery, Frontier executed a comprehensive build-out that positioned the store for a successful opening while meeting the operational standards of one of the nation’s leading specialty grocers
