Project Overview
Originally developed as a manufacturing facility, the 70-acre campus was transformed into a high-density data center designed to deliver reliable power, scalable infrastructure, and high-speed connectivity for next-generation computing workloads. Frontier completed the retrofit of the 250,000-square-foot facility, delivering office and administrative areas, conference rooms, security infrastructure, operational spaces, and exterior improvements required to support the site’s next phase of operation.
The project demanded an accelerated delivery schedule, with hundreds of workers deployed and 24-hour construction operations implemented at key phases to support speed-to-market objectives. The completed campus now provides 117 MW of capacity across a 70-acre site, supporting a scalable computing environment with the infrastructure required for AI and other high-performance workloads.
