Project Overview
Sarasota Square marks the transformation of a former regional mall into a modern grocery-anchored mixed-use destination featuring retail, dining, community gathering spaces, and future residential development. Frontier delivered the first phase of the redevelopment, constructing the grocery-anchored retail center that establishes the foundation for the property’s long-term vision.
The project combines ground-up tilt-wall construction with multiple tenant build-outs, requiring careful coordination across shell construction, infrastructure, and interior improvements while supporting a phased redevelopment of one of Southwest Florida’s most significant retail sites.
