Restaurant & Dining
Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, Fogo de Chão relied on Frontier’s design-build expertise to deliver a restaurant experience that would pay homage to its Brazilian roots.

Project Overview
Located within the ground floor of The Main Las Olas, a Class A mixed-use tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the project required complex coordination between restaurant operations, building systems, and high-end hospitality finishes. Frontier managed the full tenant improvement scope, including commercial kitchen infrastructure, MEP systems, custom millwork, bars, dining environments, and exterior patio integration.
The project demanded careful sequencing and coordination to deliver Fogo de Chão’s immersive dining experience while meeting the operational requirements of a large-format restaurant within an active urban mixed-use development.
