Fleming’s relied on Frontier to deliver a modern two-story dining experience combining refined hospitality finishes and complex restaurant infrastructure in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Frontier completed the 9,300-square-foot build-out on the ground floor of a downtown Fort Lauderdale high-rise, delivering the dining, bar, patio, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces required for Fleming’s modern steakhouse experience.

Project Overview

Located on the ground floor of a downtown Fort Lauderdale high-rise, the project required close coordination between restaurant operations, building systems, and refined hospitality finishes. Frontier managed the full build-out scope, including a two-story dining environment with mezzanine, private dining rooms, bar and wine display areas, full commercial kitchen, back-of-house offices, food prep areas, and exterior patio.

The project demanded careful sequencing and coordination to deliver Fleming’s modern steakhouse experience while meeting the operational requirements of a large-format restaurant within an active urban office environment.
