FRONTIER Building starts work on Charlotte 7-Eleven
FRONTIER Building says it has just broken ground on a new 7-Eleven at 3750 E. Independence Blvd in Charlotte, on a 57,114 sq. ft. lot.
The contractor will be providing the ground-up full-site construction for the retail structure as well as the fueling component.
The completed gas and convenience store will include 3,030 sq. ft. of air-conditioned retail space along with 22 parking spaces and six fueling pumps. The new store is set to be completed this fall.
This is FRONTIER Building’s firm’s first 7-Eleven build-out. The national general construction firm says has been awarded another 7-Eleven project in Richmond, Virginia that is set to break ground soon.
