FRONTIER Building Completes Hermitage, Tennessee’s First Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant

FRONTIER Building, an experience-focused national general construction, construction management and design-build contractor, has completed the construction of Hermitage, Tennessee’s first Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 5000 B Old Hickory Blvd., near major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s and Hobby Lobby.

The new restaurant was built from the ground up on the site of a former Steak ‘n Shake.  FRONTIER Building provided the construction for the entire phase of the 2,365 square-foot project that also includes a drive-thru, outdoor seating and 15 parking spaces.

“We’re proud to bring the first Chipotle to the Hermitage community,” said Paul Sweeney, FRONTIER Building project manager. “We’ve built numerous restaurants throughout the East Coast for the popular chain and we continue to provide them with the FRONTIER experience.”
