FRONTIER Building Completes Construction and Breaks Ground on 7-Eleven Stores In Fort Mill, South Carolina

FRONTIER Building, the experience-focused national General Construction, Construction Management and Design-Build contractor, has just completed the construction of a new 7-Eleven gas and convenience store located at 3085 Hwy 160 W in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

FRONTIER Building knocked down an old abandoned house on the 2.67 acre lot and converted it into Fort Mill’s newest 7-Eleven gas and convenience store which includes 3,340 square feet of air-conditioned retail space along with 28 parking spaces and 16 fueling pumps.

FRONTIER Building has also broken ground on a new 7-Eleven located at 2020 Doby’s Bridge Road in Fort Mills.

This gas and convenience store will sit on a 2.24 acre corner next to a new multi-tenant facility. The national contractor is also providing the ground-up full-site construction for the retail structure as well as the fueling component. It will include 3,484 square feet of air-conditioned retail space along with 24 parking spaces and 16 fueling pumps. The new store is set to be completed this November.

“This fall, FRONTIER will have completed two 7-Elevens in Fort Mill and many others throughout the Mid-Atlantic,” said Derek Hopkins, FRONTIER project manager. “The other 7-Elevens are located in the cities of Charlotte and Gastonia, North Carolina, Spartanburg, South Carolina and Richmond, Virginia and others are under construction across the country.”
