FRONTIER Building Completes the Construction of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change Service Centers in Henrico and Winchester, Virginia

FRONTIER Building has completed the construction of the new Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers in the cities of Henrico and Winchester, Virginia.

Located at 1400 North Parham Road in Henrico, the experience-focused national General Construction, Construction Management, and Design-Build contractor, built a new ground-up structure on a 23,752 square-foot lot by the Regency Square Mall. The 1,654 square-foot service center also includes 11 parking spaces for customers.

FRONTIER also completed the new Valvoline in Winchester at 190 Front Royal Pike. Situated on a 29,390 square-foot lot, the service center is 2,078 square feet and has 10 parking spaces.

“We’re proud to have built these Valvoline service centers for this leading supplier of premium brand lubricants and automotive services,” said Paul Sweeney, FRONTIER Building project manager. “It’s a great addition to both the Winchester and Henrico communities.”

FRONTIER has also built other Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers in other parts of Virginia including Virginia Beach, Waynesboro and Williamsburg.
